Park Auction and Realty is pleased to present the Auction of the Estate of William and Betty Staley (Living) and family.  The Staley’s have advised they are retiring and to Sell the Farm.

Terms – Real Estate: The Real Estate will be sold in “As Is” condition and will be subject to owner confirmation on the day of sale.  Will not be left open for upset bids.  Any and all inspections will be the buyers responsibility.  The property will be shown on an appointment basis.  A five (5) percent buyers premium will apply on the real estate and be added to the final bid price.  The successful bidder will be required to pay a five (5) percent non-refundable deposit on the day of the sale.  The owner of the property will guarantee good title, free and clear of all liens or encumbrances.  Announcements made on the day of sale will take precedence over any written material.  For more information, contact Grady Park at 336-263-3957.
