Terms:  the sale of the real estate will include a 5 percent buyers premium.  This amount will be added to the final high bid and placed on the offer to purchase, auction sales, as the contract price.  Individual lots or acreage will not be offered separately, all parcels are combined for one auction.  The successful bidder will pay a $2,500.00, non-refundable, earnest money deposit on sale day, this amount being deducted from the contract price of the real estate.  The successful buyer must be able to close within 30 days of the auction.  No financing or other contingencies will be offered for this real estate.
