TERMS

REAL ESTATE:  The real estate is being offered at auction in ”As Is” condition and subject to owner confirmation.  The property will not be left open for any upset bid period, confirmation of the sale will be on the date of the auction.  A 5 percent buyers premium will apply on the sale of the real estate and will be added to the final bid price of the property.  The successful bidder will be required to pay a $10,000, non-refundable, earnest money deposit upon confirmation of a final bid price.  The owner will guarantee good title to the property, free and clear of all leins or encumbrances.  The auction company will reserve the right to accept offers prior to the auction.
