Grady Park attended Missouri Auction School in Kansas City, Missouri, and has been a licensed auctioneer and Real Estate professional since 1977. His experience in real estate, both residential and commercial, has given him the knowledge to handle any type of real estate auction. In addition to real estate, Grady has experience in estate auctions, farm equipment and heavy equipment auctions, business liquidation, and truck and vehicle auctions. Grady’s background also includes conducting dozens of auctions for the United States Government, as well as being involved in numerous local city and County Government auctions.
Over the years, Grady’s involvement in charity auctions has earned him praise and respect from organizations including The American Cancer Society, Ducks Unlimited, James River – benefitting the Victory Junction Gang, as well as many local churches and civic organizations.

Shannon Park, a third generation auctioneer, was introduced to the Auction Profession at a very early age. Working alongside his grandfather, the late Kenneth W. Teague Sr., he decided early on to follow in those footsteps to become a professional auctioneer. Since graduating from the Mendenhall School Of Auctioneering in 1993, he has worked full-time in all aspects of the auction business. Currently, Shannon works hundreds of auctions each year, including weekly automobile auctions, as well as estates, equipment, liquidations, and classic car auction events.

Brent Park, a third generation auctioneer, graduated from The Mendenhall School Of Auctioneering in November of 1997. Being the grandson of the late Kenneth W. Teague Sr., it did not take long for him to develop a world class auction chant, and soon he rose to the top of the ranks in the automobile auction sector. He currently works full-time traveling the auto auction circuit, five sales per week, and also has experience in estate, heavy equipment, and Classic/Collector car auctions.

Sarah Park, wife of Shannon Park, began her career in the Auction Industry working for Manheim Auto Auction in Minneapolis Minnesota at the age of 18, and has continued her career in the Auction industry since relocating to North Carolina in 2000. Sarah is currently the Office Manager of the Graham, NC branch of Insurance Auto Auctions, the largest provider of specialty salvage vehicles in the United States. Sarah has a working knowledge of every aspect of the Auction Industry, as well as being proficient in DMV title work when the need arises. Park Auction and Realty is fortunate to have her experience, enthusiasm, and commitment to excellence as a part of our team.
Jamie G. Park is the wife of Brent Park. She was introduced into the auction business shortly after she and Brent met in 1997. She has valuable knowledge in the real estate field, having worked as a Legal Assistant for eight years in an area Law Firm. She has been the Executive Secretary and a Loan Specialist of First Savings & Loan Association in Mebane, North Carolina since 2000. She assists her customers from loan application to processing all paperwork and closing the loan herself in-house. She is a recent graduate of the North Carolina School of Banking at UNC Chapel Hill. Jamie’s sixteen year background in the legal field and banking industry make her an asset to Park Auction & Realty Company.
Kenneth W. Teague Sr.
Kenneth W. Teague Sr., a nationally respected and highly accredited auctioneer, began his career in 1957, and was active in the auction industry until his death in 1996. He was a member of both the state and national Auctioneer’s Association, and still holds the North Carolina Auctioneer’s License # 2. Mr. Teague was also given the honor of being the second commissioner of the North Carolina Auctioneer Licensing Board, and was given the appointment by the Governor of North Carolina. Kenneth Teague, founder of Teague Auction & Realty Company, paved the way for the success of Many auctioneers, including ourselves, and we graciously acknowledge his professional guidance and leadership.
